Marcela Lepore
Founder and current director of FoRSE, she holds a PhD in Management, an MBA from the University of Baltimore, USA, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. With over 20 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and executives in both the public and private sectors, she specializes in responsible organizational management and the study of human resources and their impact on organizational competitiveness.
As a researcher and international speaker, her articles have been published in prestigious scientific journals, both nationally and internationally. In 2020, she published her book, "Building a Socially Responsible Organizational Culture", with Ed. Dunken, the result of a decade of research.
Since 2023, she has divided her time between Argentina, Australia, and Italy, maintaining a constant connection with new commercial and academic opportunities.
Mario Helfenstein
Head of public affairs, PhD in Economics, holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the National University of Lomas de Zamora and an MBA from the University of Baltimore (USA), Postgraduate in Control and Management of Public Policies (FLACSO) With more than 25 years of development in the public sector and more than 20 years of experience in university teaching in administration.
He currently directs the State Modernization Institute (IME) of the National University of Lomas de Zamora, for the Argentinian clients.
Sofia Helfenstein
A Fashion Design and Aesthetics Management student with a background in visual communication, she is currently the General Assistant at FoRSE Expertise. She supports project management, administrative tasks, and the coordination of academic activities. Her creative and approachable perspective brings a fresh and innovative outlook to the consultancy's training and communication processes.
